OTTO Classification Method
Change % = ((Compared Value − Regular Season Value) ÷ Regular Season Value) × 100
The regular season is always the baseline. Every metric is classified separately: +5.0% or more is a Rise, −5.0% or less is a Drop, and anything between those thresholds is Flat.
